Jackson Hinds Comprehensive Health Center is governed by a consumer majority Board of Directors. The Board reflects the cultural diversity of the Health Center's patients.

The Board of Directors meet monthly and work to enhance the public image of the Health Center. They monitor the adherence to the Health Center's mission and  set policy.  Board members also work closely with the Health Center's CEO to adjust the direction of the organization to match the community's needs.
