For Patients new to Jackson Hinds Comprehensive Health Center:
Patients should call (601) 362-5321 to make an appointment at any of our locations. The representative that you speak with will work with you to determine which of our Health Centers is most convenient for you and schedule your initial appointment.
Two days prior to your appointment you should receive and automated call to remind you of the date and time of the appointment. If we do not reach you 2 days before your appointment, please try to call the day before the appointment to confirm that you will be able to keep the appointment or to reschedule if needed.
Our Appointment Clerks are available to inform you of what you will need to complete your Pre-Registration process. At this time, we may gather your insurance information, confirm address, and remind you of what you need to bring to your appointment. We may also ask questions to determine your eligibility for any of our specialty programs.
New and existing patients should bring the following for all appointments:

All new patients to JHCHC should arrive 30 minutes before their appointment time to complete the registration process. Existing JHCHC patients should arrive 15 minutes before their appointment time to complete registration update.
