Jackson-Hinds Comprehensive Health Center to Host Exhibit

The All of Us Research Journey is a mobile, interactive exhibit that allows visitors to explore the All of Us Research Program, which is a part of the National Institutes of Health’s effort to advance research in precision medicine. The traveling exhibit is making stops at many All of Us Program locations throughout the country and includes multi-media, exploration stations, and activities that provide an overview of precision medicine. An on-board enrollment center will provide attendees with the opportunity to participate in the All of Us Program. All patients nineteen and older, regardless of health status, will be able to enroll.

This revolutionary research effort aims to improve health results, fuel development of new treatments for disease and catalyze a new era of evidence-based, accurate preventive care and medical treatment options,” said Dr. Jasmin O. Chapman, CEO of Jackson-Hinds Comprehensive Health Center.

Jackson-Hinds Comprehensive Health Center will kick-off participation in the national All of Us Research Program on Tuesday, February 13th at its James Anderson facility located at 3502 West Northside Drive in Jackson, Mississippi. The All of Us Program is a landmark effort to advance individualized healthcare, preventative medicine and localized treatment for people with varying nationalities and different environmental, geographical and genetic backgrounds.
