Our mission is to provide affordable and quality health care services to everyone of all ages. You and your family may qualify for our Sliding Fee Discount Program based on your income and family size. We have locations available in Hinds, Warren, Copiah, & Rankin Counties. Walk-ins and Same Day Appointments are available.
JHCHC is a Federal Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that offer an affordable 340B Pharmacy program to the residents of Hinds, Warren, Rankin and Copiah Counties.

Women's Health Services
The Women’s Health Department at Jackson-Hinds provides a wide range of OB/GYN services related to your obstetric and/or gynecologic healthcare needs. Our offices are equipped with 3-D ultrasound equipment for convenient in-office examinations. Additionally, we have the capability of performing minor ambulatory surgical procedures in the office. Should your treatment involve a major surgical procedure requiring hospitalization, our experienced staff stands ready to assist you with any arrangements needed to be made prior to your hospitalization. We also have an on-site Maternal-Fetal Medicine Specialist available to provide expert consultation and high-risk pregnancy care.
Cardiology Services
Our on-site Cardiologist offers expert evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management of a wide range of cardiovascular diseases, including hypertension, heart disease, and other circulatory disorders. We are committed to helping patients improve their heart health through preventive care, early detection, personalized treatment plans, and patient education. Our experienced healthcare team works closely with each patient to ensure the highest quality of care and coordination of services. Additionally, Jackson-Hinds Community Health Center offers a Sliding Fee Scale Program for eligible patients, helping make quality cardiovascular care accessible and affordable regardless of income or insurance status.
Jackson-Hinds Healthy Start targeted to the needs of vulnerable families which have exceptionally high rates of infant mortality. The Healthy Start Program works with women of childbearing age and their children through their second birthday.
The HIV Information & Prevention Services (HIPS) program provides education, prevention, and testing services to individuals and communities. JHCHC’s HIPS program also offers treatment and linkage to care for people who are at risk of or living with HIV. Additionally, JHCHC serves as a sub-recipient of the Ryan White Part B Grant through the Mississippi State Department of Health, supporting expanded access to HIV care and supportive services.
Mississippi Access Group Network-Health Center Controlled Network (MAGnet-HCCN) is a Mississippi chartered corporation consisting of five community health center with a mission to strengthen collaboration and coordination for improved health access, performance, outcomes and cost efficiencies.
